Damages & Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective scale, simply ship it back to us and we will ship you a FREE replacement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. The buyer must inform us of the damaged unit within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer must ship back the damaged scale in unused condition & postmarked within 7 days from the date received.

If you do not receive your package and the post office tracking system shows it as undelivered, I will ship you another one for free, no questions asked!

LIFETIME WARRANTY

This scale comes with a limited manufacturer's lifetime warranty that covers against any defect in materials or craftsmanship.

If your scale is defective on arrival, you do not need to go through the manufacturer, just contact me and I'll replace it for free.
