Fixed Shipping Fees	First games AUD$16.00 worldwide (include Local). Additional games AUD$14.00 each.
Payment Due	All payments have to reach me within 7 days after the auctions have ended. We reserve our right to relist the item thereafter. No exception.
Preferred Payment Methods	International buyers can pay by credit cards using PAYPAL
Other Payment Options	All buyers can pay by Bank Money Orders, Bank Cashier Checks. Personal checks accepted but shipping will be delay as we need your check to clear before sending your item. There will be additional charges of AUD$5.00 (bank charges) for direct bank transfer/money orders/ Cashier Checks unless payment amount is more than hundred.

Shipping Speed	We will ship all items within 48 hours after you paid us. We ship everyday except Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday. It will normally take about 10 to 12 working days to reach your place.  All items will be shipped out from Singapore.
Refund Policy	Refund only if item is not authentic, Exchange only if game is not working properly. Shipping fee will not be refunded. All games must be return in original condition within 14 days. NO REFUNDS of any kind due to shipping  delays.   We shall not be liable for any of your country's custom charge, if there is any.  We cannot  predict, promise, nor guarantee delivery times on any items  and if you know someone who can,  let us know

Returns	If the item  is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT ADDRESS,  or is UNCLAIMED,  there will be a 10% restocking fee on the total sales price.  We will also deduct any and all postage fees  incurred  as a result of an item being returned for any of the above reasons.
Pre-Orders	Once this product is released by the manufacturer, Pre-orders will be the first shipped out to our customers. It is important to understand that release dates can change, and in many cases they do. This is not something our Store, or any retailer has any control over. However, you can feel confident that no matter what changes with the release date our Store will continue to hold your order, and be prepared to fill that order once the game releases at no additional cost to you.
