Please contact us for all returns, replacements & refunds. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and replacement or refunds will not be given.
For DOA items, the Buyer has the option to replace the item or payment refund. Take note that once we received a return, the item will be tested in reference to the reason of returning the item. This will determine how we will go about the refund/replace process.
For Refund request, if the Item is Defective, Full refund will be initiated. Otherwise, if the Item is NOT Defective and is working in excellent condition, the buyer will be charge with a Restocking Fee of 15% of the final bid amount. The buyer will be refunded with the Final Bid Amount LESS the Restocking Fee. Shipping and Handling Charges will NOT be Refunded.
For Replacement request, if the Item is Defective, the Replacement will be immediately shipped out. Otherwise, if the Item is NOT Defective and is working in excellent condition, the same item will be shipped out and the buyer will be charge to Re-ship the item to Buyer.
If you do not agree with any of our policies for any reason, including, how we ship, where we ship, what the charges are or anything else, we respectfully request that you DO NOT BID on our auctions. We have very, very slim margins and automating our system is the only way we can keep prices so low.
