US Shipping and handling will be $3.50 for First Class Mail in a bubble mailer or $5.75 for boxed Priority Mail via USPS with delivery confirmation. This includes: Hawaii, Alaska, FPO, APO, Guam, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico.
Insurance is optional but recommended at the actual USPS rate based on purchase total.
