Item: SFC/SNES Shanghai 3 (Board, 1994) w/ box & manual Released: 1994, Sun Soft. Original: 1988, Activision, Inc. Cartridge: back side a little yellowed Instruction manual: a little folded Box: looks worn, but could be how this box was designed in the first place. Not sure. Extras (forgot to film): Shanghai 3 survey postcard, Sun Soft warranty card, Nintendo AC adapter card Genre / Game description: Very simple game of finding two same mahjong tiles to remove them from a mountain of tiles. 1 or 2 players. Can be played within time limit, or limit-less. 12 mountains to choose from. Shipping (P&P): 7.00 USD by regular airmail, 5.00 USD by SAL (see note below). The items are play-tested before listing and shipping. I provide email support for RPGs that I finished, provided that I remember what the game was about. I will specify in the Description which games I can provide support. If the Description doesn't mention this, that means I cannot provide support.

Shipping-related:

"International Flat Rate" is uniform (same) rate/cost, wherever you live in the world, and inclusive of special shipping methods that may become necessary (such as sending in separate packages to ensure safety of the items).

Shipping method: All items will be shipped by airmail. Items to the United States and other large countries will be shipped by regular airmail. Items to smaller countries can be shipped by SAL (Surface Air Lifted). This method takes 2 to 3 days more than regular airmail, but is somewhat cheaper. It however treats the package as SURFACE MAIL in the country of origin (which is Japan) and that of destination. If you live in a country where surface mail is problematic for whatever reason, please specify after winning to send by regular airmail. Also, some countries cannot handle SAL. So, if in doubt, please specify regular airmail for the shipping method.

Payment policy: I will send you an Invoice within 24 hours of auction close, which may include discounts for combined shipments where applicable. If you do not pay within three days from receipt of this Invoice, I will send you a second Invoice and reminder. If you still do not pay on this second Invoice and reminder, I have no choice but to consider the transaction as cancelled, leave you a negative feedback, and re-list the item. So, make sure to contact me if you are "out of town" etc.

Return policy: The seller cannot take responsibility for items that were damaged or lost in the process of shipment and delivery ("in the mail"). All items are checked (played on CD player for instance) before listing, and detail-checked before shipping. The Item Description describes the state of the items as faithfully as possible. Therefore, the seller does not refund for items whose state was altered "in the mail".

Refund policy: The seller will refund the price and shipping in the following cases. In these cases, the seller will contact the buyer about what to do about the damaged or lost item, and refund the amount if requested.

a) The item was found to be damaged or lost in the final inspection before shipment. b) The seller sent the wrong item.

Combined shipments: an S&H (P&P) discount of 2.00 USD for each additional item will be deducted, but not exceeding four items. If you win one item and are bidding for another item, make sure to mail me so I can keep the first item until you win other items.

Example: 1st item: 7.00 USD 2nd item: 5.00 USD 3rd item: 3.00 USD 4th item: 1.00 USD 5th item: back to 7.00 USD, and so on.
