The 2008 book value for this machine (as seen in the Mr. Pinball price guide) is $1600 assuming good condition (Mint condition would be more).

I am an individual and NOT a business. I had a technician come out and go this machine.
Here’s what he thought about it:

The game plays just fine.
Playfield: The game needs to be cleaned or shopped but in it's current state, it's okay - no imminent playfield issues to address and no noticeable wear. He called it an 8 of 10 but reiterated that it needs to be shopped.
Circuitry/Boards: The boards appear to have previous acid damage – this has been previously fixed and they are look pretty good and are in working condition. The battery connector/holder needs to be replaced, but it has new batteries in it. He called this section a 6.5 out of 10
Cabinet: The cabinet is in very good condition – only wear is near the flipper buttons which is normal on Sega Cabinetse. He called it a 8.5 of 10.
Backbox: The backbox is also very nice – no real issues with the translight or display. He called it an 9 of 10.
