When is my payment for items due?
You have 7 calendar days after auction has ended to pay for your item. Arrangements must be made with me if you need more time.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We only accept Pay Pal or US money orders. Due to Personal Check and Company Check abuse; we can no longer accept Personal Checks or Company Checks. No Exceptions. If a Personal Check or Company Check is sent to us, it will be sent back to you, and will delay your shipment.
Your item will be shipped to your address listed on the Pay pal notice sent to us.
What is the Method of Shipping?
ALL items are shipped at the United States Post Office. I do NOT ship via UPS, DHL, and FedEx or by any other means. Please realize that my USA HANDLING CHARGE is $2 per auction. Pay Pal & EBay charge high fees, I have to pay for gas, and I buy tons of packaging tape & envelopes.
When will my item be shipped?
Items are shipped out approximately 1-3 BUSINESS days (Monday thru Friday) after payment is received. In MOST cases, we go to the Post Office the day after payment is received.
Our responsibility for uninsured items ends at the post office. We are not responsible for items lost or misplaced by the post office. In the very rare event that an item goes missing, we will gladly file a search request with the post office, as you should too, but we cannot replace items lost in the mail or stolen from your mailbox. If you would like insurance on your package, it is your responsibility to request and pay for insurance. Insurance rates are as follows: For Up to $50 insurance = $1.75, $50-$100 = $2.75, $100-$200 = $3.75
Listing Errors?
Occasionally there are errors in the Description or Picture that I do not catch before it is posted (I am only human). If you are looking at the Picture and then read the Description and there is a question about either one, please email me. I am happy to answer your questions. Also, when someone brings it to my attention, it will help me correct the error.
What about Feedback?
If you would like to leave feedback after receiving your item, I will be happy to leave feedback for you as well. Many buyers choose not to leave feedback and that is fine, but it is quite time consuming for me, so I take special time to leave reciprocal feedback for all who take their valuable time to leave feedback for me.
