Combine Shipping and Handling Rules: For GAMES, less $1.26 on the listed S/H of each additional game, i.e. For 3 games each with listed s/h of $7.26 we will charge the first game with the full shipping and handling of $7.26, subsequent games will be charge with a S/H of $6.00 each, that is $7.26 less $1.26. The total shipping and handling will be $19.26 for the 3 games.

Buyer is responsible to any Brokerage fee, Customs Duties and Taxes.

We ONLY ship international to CANADA.  Shipping to Canada will cost extra. Kindly contact us first for additional charges. If you are a Canadian buyer, we must have your phone number in order to ship to you. To all potential buyers/bidders, if you have an International shipping address, PLEASE DO NOT BID. We do not ship International. We offer Combine Shipping. Kindly read the combine shipping and handling rules. Once you have all the items you want, kindly request for the combine invoice via email. Please DO NOT MAKE YOUR OWN INVOICE. Note that we process the payments in the order they are receive. Orders are process from Mondays – Fridays except Holidays. Payments received on a weekend are process on Monday except holidays. USPS shipment within US Mainland, takes 5-12 business days. Canada, APO/FPO, AK, PR, GU and HI addresses, takes 2-3 weeks delivery. Buyer is responsible to any brokerage fee, customs and duties taxes.

Payment MUST BE MADE within 10 days after purchase. Please notify us if payment can't be made in that time. We'll work with you to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Otherwise, we will notify Ebay and report you as a non-paying bidder.

PayPal Payments:  All Paypal Instant payments can only be shipped to the shipping address on the transaction detail forwarded to us by Paypal.  No other address will be accepted.  Should you want to have the item be ship to a different address, the buyer needs to change the address on their paypal account before paying for the item/s.  Paypal E-check payments will only be process on the clearing date indicated on the payment.

Money Order/Personal Check Payments: Pay to the order of Sonic Games.  Our address is 1025 E 14th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021.  Please indicate the shipping address and the ebay item no.  Once we recevied your payment, we will wait until the check cleared then we process the Order. 

An email will be sent to you automatically for the tracking no. once shipped out.

NOTE: Order Processing takes 2-3 business days and actual shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on shipping condition on your location.

Please contact us for all returns, replacements & refunds. Returns without authorization will not be accepted and replacement or refunds will not be given.

For DOA items, the Buyer has the option to replace the item or payment refund.  Take note that once we received a return, the item will be tested in reference to the reason of returning the item.  This will determine how we will go about the refund/replace process.

For Refund request, if the Item is Defective, Full refund will be initiated.  Otherwise, if the Item is NOT Defective and is working in excellent condition, the buyer will be charge with a Restocking Fee of 15% of the final bid amount.  The buyer will be refunded with the Final Bid Amount LESS the Restocking Fee.  Shipping and Handling Charges will NOT be Refunded. 

For Replacement request, if the Item is Defective, the Replacement will be immediately shipped out.  Otherwise, if the Item is  NOT Defective and is working in excellent condition, the same item will be shipped out and the buyer will be charge to Re-ship the item to Buyer.
 

If you do not agree with any of our policies for any reason, including, how we ship, where we ship, what the charges are or anything else, we respectfully request that you DO NOT BID on our auctions. We have very, very slim margins and automating our system is the only way we can keep prices so low.
