 Hi,
    i purchased this at a local estate auction. I was told it was from the street car system in Washington DC.  The bell is heavy it weighs about 22 lbs on the board,The bell is 11 inches Round and 3 inches deep. I am sorry to be so short on the description, but i really know very little about this item. It looks to be solid Brass. I will ship this item based on buyers location.
