Warranty
Any item listed in the ITEM REPORT section as "AS-IS, UNTESTED and/or FOR PARTS / REPAIR ONLY" are intended for professional buyers, as most can be used only for parts.
These items are sold with no returns, no refunds, no exhanges, guarantees, or claims as to working condition.
DOA
Any item listed in the ITEM REPORT section as "TESTED, 100% FUNCTIONAL, LIKE NEW, NEW or LIKE BRAND NEW", are covered by our 48HR DOA warranty.
If you receive an item that does not work as advertised, our return policy is as follows:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt that an item does not function as described.
You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same condition as it was when we shipped it.
Futuretech Liquidations will confirm that the item does not work as advertised and that all parts/accessories have been returned and at our sole discretion, we will replace item or issue a refund.
Any tampering or attempts to remove our security stickers will render your warranty NULL & VOID
US Customs
All shipments to the US that have a sale value of US$200 or more may be subject to an import tax plus Brokerage Fees. These fees are the responsibility of the bidder and we have no control over what these costs are.
Check with your local CUSTOMS office prior to placing a bid.
Car Audio Installs
Our DOA policy DOES NOT apply to DO-IT-YOURSELF installations. In order to qualify for our DOA policy the installation must be done by a professional car audio shop.
Proof of installation by professional car audio shop will be required for any DOA claims.
Media Disclaimer
Some CD-R/CD-RW discs may be incompatible due to laser pick-up and disc design.
Some DVD-R/DVD-RW discs may be incompatible due to laser pick-up and disc design.
WMA, MP3 and JPEG discs may be incompatible due to different recording format.
Our Products
All our items come from leading national retailers and are either customer returns, display models, shelf pulls or overstock items. All items MAY or MAY NOT have scratches, scuff marks and other minor imperfections and major or obvious defects will be clearly indicated in the Item Report section.
