I am more than happy for you to return any of my goods for a full refund of the item price, as long as, they are in new condition and in their original packaging complete with any labelling they came with and returned to me adequately parcelled within 14 days of purchase.

Items sold as used are non returnable.

 

These came to me as new but some are opened, so are being sold as used.

Items with a Hygiene seal are non-returnable if the seal is broken unless we confirm the item to be faulty

 (Proof of posting required for all returns)
