Our primary form of payment is Paypal and we also accept bank transfer / cheques / postal orders. We do not ship items out until cheques have cleared.

Postage / Delivery:

We aim to despatch parcels upon receipt of payment within 3 working days world wide (excluding African countries, subject to any postal strikes, etc) and we take every precaution to package items as secure as possible. We can offer a reduction in postage for purchases of multiple items, however, this is dependant upon type of item, size, cost, etc (Please email for details). For any item weighing above 2 kilograms and located in the Highlands, Ireland, or other locations off mainland UK, we reserve the right to charge additional postage fees – Please ask before bidding.

We try to answer all questions within a reasonable time frame (up to 8 hours during normal working hours) Please do not email regarding the postage of goods before cleared payments or any other scams emails will be ignored.

Defective Items:

Defective items (unless the defect is described in the listing) must be returned to us within 7 Days. Notification of the defect(s) must be made by email within 48 hours of receipt of the item. The item when approved for return will be given a Returns Number and a Returns Address. The item must be packed well ideally in the packing that it arrived in and sent at the buyers expense until security markings have been validated. Any items which are returned without authorisation WILL be returned to the sender unopened. Without exception, postage costs will not be refunded. Non defective items will be subject to a 10% administration fee.
