· If product received is defective, please return it within 3 days of receipt and we will courier a replacement at our cost.
· If the replacement is not available the full amount will be refunded
· If possible, pick up will be arranged.
· If for any reason you don’t like the product, only replacement will be offered within 10 days from item receipt and the courier charges for both ways will be paid by the buyer.
· All the item(s) need to be in their original condition.
· All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option.

· Perfumes / hygienic products will not be replaced.
